Even as a self proclaimed computer
geek, I've found the task of copying videos from youtube and other video search engines very frustrating and tedious if you try to
do it manually evvverrry sinnngle time... I feel sorry for you
non-techies out there! :P j/k
Another thing that adds to the inconvience of trying to copy videos
from YouTube is the format, FLV -- not very usable if you want to
transfer it to your iPod or Zune. Seems like YouTube is doing a good
job at keeping a tight grip on their videos!
Well not anymore...
In comes Video Piggy , oink oink! By using this software I've
figured out how to copy movies from YouTube, convert them to a
different format and have them transfered over to my Zune or celll
phone in about 5 minutes! (Depending on the movie size of
course). That's saving a lot of time and,
most of all, tedium for me!
For the most part, I like to do things manually
since I enjoy a technical challenge, but figuring out how to copy movies
from youtube was probably one of the most annoying and tedious things
so I wanted to streamline the process.
But hey, if
you're computer savvy and up for a techncial challenge (and don't mind
